Rajan Techno Cast Pvt Ltd (RTCPL) specialises in manmufacturing precision castings and moulds. Based in the Rajkot district, India, the company manufactures industrial valve bodies and parts, cryogenic castings, and pump castings. With the capacity to produce 130t of lost wax investment castings per month, Rajan Techno Cast has emerged as one of the leading lost wax investment casting manufacturers in the global market. The new product range includes aluminium and copper investment castings, and sand castings in steel and ductile iron.

Customised Lost Wax Investment Castings

Rajan Techno Cast provides lost wax investment castings as per DIN, JiS, BS, and GOST standards. In addition to lost wax investment castings, Rajan Techno Cast is capable of casting any material composition that meets international standards.

The wax pattern for lost wax investment castings is grouped into clusters before undergoing a ceramic-coating process. This process is done in temperature- and humidity-controlled rooms to get the best dimensional accuracy and an excellent surface finish.

Once the ceramic-coating process has been completed, the de-waxing process, in which the wax is removed by putting the ceramic mould in the hot bath of wax, is performed.

Wax Patterns From Dies

Rajan Techno Cast's die manufacturing facility is well equipped with CAD / CANI facilities. The dies (patterns / tools) are manufactured using the latest CAD / CANI technology. The company also provides technical support to the injection and production of wax patterns from dies (patterns / tools). Rajan Techno Cast's quality team ensures all wax patterns from dies are 360° dimensionally checked.

Cryogenic Castings And Pump Castings

Rajan Techno Cast's extensive product range covers industrial valve bodies, cryogenic castings and pump castings, which are subject to 100% visual inspection. All the critical dimensions of industrial valve bodies, cryogenic castings and pump castings are totally inspected before packing and shipment.

Rajan Techno Cast also supplies industrial valve bodies, industrial valve parts, cryogenic castings and pump castings in machined condition. These parts can be supplied with various type of finishing such as:

• Electro-polishing
• Blackening
• Powder coating
• Shot blasting
• Glass-bead blasting

Copper And Aluminium Castings

Rajan Techno Cast also produces aluminium and copper investment castings, and sand castings in steels and ductile iron. All castings and dies, including the investment castings and sand castings, are tested under several stringent examinations.

The aluminium and copper investment castings and the sand castings in steels and ductile iron undergo chemical analyses, tensile tests, impact tests and radiography (X-ray). We also perform dye penetrates, corrosion tests, MPT tests and microstructures on our investment castings and sand castings.

Rajan Techno Cast can supply aluminium and copper investment castings, and sand castings in steel and ductile iron under third-party inspections such as of LLOYDS, Bureau Veritas, DNV, etc.
