We are into the field from 1984 and supplied many items to all sugar industries in south India and abroad. Our New Quintuple Evaporator set a record of 34-35 % steam on cane and we are working for new projects to achieve 27-30% steam on cane. We have also developed steamless sulphur burners and many other innovative and energy conservative systems.
All the pollution control equipments will be designed and sized individually based on the furnace used, in order to meet the parameters prescribed by the Pollution control board.

Aromen supplies all kinds of E.O.T. cranes and structural such as gantry, double girder, hook-type, sling type, grab type, single girder, goliath and jib type crane. These E.O.T. cranes are intended for all type of industries. Aromen’s main objectives in designing E.O.T. cranes are to conserve energy in terms of power consumed, fail-safe loading and unloading. The E.O.T. Cranes – Gantry has a capacity up to 50 tonnes for handling blocks at processing unit. These E.O.T. Cranes are like a bridge crane. E.O.T. Cranes- gantries are used in stone, marble, granite processing industries and shipyards. E.O.T. cranes - over head, is a box like constructed structure, connected with bridge trolley that moves by motors connected to speed reducers. Crane hook - E.O.T Crane has 100 – 500 MT capacity.
Bulk cargo handling is carried out by the portable sugar silo for truck loading, by unloading of sugar kind materials from ship to truck directly. Bulk cargo handling is done using the hopper to unload sugar etc. and deliver the same by truck to factory. The materials from the ship will be loaded to the hopper using butterfly type closed grab crane carrying out first part of bulk cargo handling. The truck will be positioned below the hopper, the 2 jumbo bags will be hooked to the bag holding system which moves using pneumatic cylinders thus forming a bulk cargo handling system. Once the bags are positioned the discharging valve will open using pneumatic cylinder. When the bag is filled, the valves will be closed, completing next part of bulk cargo handling. When a set of bags are filled, bag holders move downward, and the bag is de hooked manually completing the bulk cargo handling process. The truck will be repositioned for bulk cargo handling for the second set of bags. The process will be repeated carrying out all the bulk cargo handling.
