Novelis (China) just held the groundbreaking ceremony for a new facility at Changzhou National Hi-Tech District. With the addition of US$72 million to the registered capital and a further investment of US$218 million, the facility is meant to expand production capacity of premium automobile aluminum sheets by 100,000 tons.
