Russian Domestic Flat Steel Prices Inch Down On Lower Deals, Bids, Offers

Russian domestic prices for hot-rolled (HR) and cold-rolled (CR) sheet and plate have fallen over the past week, on lower deals, bids and offers, amid relatively strong demand.
Steel First’s weekly domestic price assessment for 4mm HR sheet in Russia was 35,400-36,000 roubles ($550-560) per tonne cpt Moscow, including VAT, on Monday August 15, down from 36,000-36,050 roubles ($560) per tonne cpt. A deal was heard at 35,400 roubles ($550) per tonne cpt Moscow, while offers were heard at 36,000 roubles ($560)...
