Now in its fourth year, the CRU Steel Decarbonisation Summit returns to Rotterdam to unite industry leaders and innovators committed to emissions abatement in steelmaking - one of the sector’s most critical transformations. Taking place just three months before CBAM enforcement, the 2025 edition offers essential strategic insight alongside timely discussions on green steel premia, emerging trade patterns, and demand dynamics.

This year’s agenda explores low-emissions steelmaking across Europe, North America, MENA, and the Far East, assessing each region’s technological readiness and export potential. Delegates will also benefit from a unique site visit to Tata Steel’s Ijmuiden plant on September 29 - offering a firsthand look at the company’s decarbonisation strategy and broader ESG ambitions.
