TRIMMING
Die trimming is a very integral part of the casting process. Trimming dies made exactly to the tolerances of the actual part are critical to the overall part quality. Hardened steel cutters and punches clean off gating & overflows, punch holes and any residual flashing that may be on the casting. Care is taken to ensure all trim components are routinely cleaned and sharpened.
