Fabricated and Solid Steel Rolls

Bonell manufactures fabricated and solid rolls. We make rolls that conduct extremely high amperage electricity for a multitude of different plating requirements. Tool steel rolls that straighten bars and angles. Rolls that pinch steel strip, resist heat, resist severe shock, and resist pick-up. Fabricated and custom roll products that are unique to the industry. We can service all of your roll/roller needs.

Our fabricated and solid rolls include:

• Deep Case Carburized Rolls – Carburized rolls, with case hardness uniform in both depth and across the roll face are what we are known for. The combination of our experience and furnace size lead to many options when ordering rolls.
• Quench and Tempered Rolls - Our experience in the quench and temper process gives us the ability to control roll strength and hardness.  
• Conductor Rolls – Conductor and plater contact rolls are used in tin and chrome line applications.
• Furnace Rolls – Furnace rolls are manufactured to resist high temperatures and surface wear. Bonell has a long history making these rolls and can meet your requirements.
• Leveler Rolls – The leveler roll is commonly a longer roll. Our 18’ carburizing furnaces are a good fit for this and larger applications.
• Drum Dryer Rolls– We make small and large drum dryer rolls for the food service industry. They are used to dry viscous food-grade materials into flakes.
• Rubber and Urethane Covered Roll Cores - We make steel cores for rolls used across many industries including steel processing, paper and conveyor applications.
