We manufacture and supply structural steel, hollow sections available in a range of dimensions and any required length. CHS, RHS and SHS options hollow section options available.
Steel Hollow Sections available feature increased strength capabilities, manufactured with close tolerances, suitable for hot-dip galvanizing.
CHS, RHS & SHS Hollow Sections are manufactured in accordance with BS EN 10219 UK and European regulations and legislation.
Standard Production ERW precision tubes made from hot rolled pickled strip to EN 10305-5:
– 1.5 mm – 2 mm wall thickness in grade E220+CR2
Structural Hollow Sections made from hot rolled unpickled strip to EN 10219 part 1 + 2:
– 1.5 mm – 10.00 mm wall thickness in grade S235JRH– 1.50 -10.00mm wall thickness in S275J0H– 3 mm -12.50 mm wall thickness in S355J2H
Circular Tubes made from hot rolled strip to SANS675-3:
– Mainly for use as roller conveyor tubes– 2.00mm—6.30mm wall thickness in grades S235JR, S355JR, S33J2H
Available Size Ranges:
– 21.30 OD to 323.9 OD in Circular tubes– 20 x 20 – 250 x 250mm in Square Sections– 40 x 20 -300 x 200 in Rectangular Sections
Available Lengths:
– 6 metres and/or 12 metres standard– Any length made to order
Available Grades:
- Structural steel grades to EN 10219: 235JRH, S275J0H, S275J2H, S355J0H, S355J2H
- Fine grain structural steel grades
