BTD's Fabrication department utilizes the latest advancements in technology and innovative methods to provide superior quality product.

Regardless of the steel’s thickness, hardness or configuration, BTD can cut and form it.

We can handle forming requirements up to 600 tons and specialized bending operations on pieces up to 14 feet long. Our equipment accommodates sizes up to 60” by 100” without repositioning.

Looking for a cost-effective alternative to a traditional press? BTD’s turrets may be the answer. Our equipment and technology enable us to create quick prototypes and produce small runs without sacrificing the quality that you expect from BTD.
