Our experienced tool makers have extensive experience in creating drawn metal shells and complex metal applications. In addition, our applications engineers can assist you in designing and manufacturing custom shells for glides as well as many other floor protection parts. We pride ourselves in applying ingenuity and creativity to develop highly customized solutions that range in diameter, and feature side piercings, slants, beaded threads, markings, or other special operations.

The advanced manufacturing knowledge possessed by our team allows us to design and build all our own high speed tools, and also to eliminate unnecessary secondary operations whenever possible. The cumulative knowledge of a highly professional team that has worked together for 20 years on average provides us with a tremendous advantage in developing intelligent and cost effective solution using either progressive or eyelet metal stamping technologies. 

In addition to our domestic manufacturing capabilities to produce metal parts using progressive or eyelet metal stamping, we also offer dedicated global sourcing capabilities to import highly economical solutions, which is especially beneficial for large production runs.
