CNC Machining

Coining utilizes 5-Axis Vertical CNC machines to manufacture custom precision components with dimensions of up to 31.5” in length, 17.7” in width, and 21.3” in height. In addition to milling and drilling, Coining can perform more advanced operations, including knurling, counterboring, and threading, to create complicated geometries and multifaceted structures while holding tight tolerances as tight as ±0.0005”. Coining’s CNC machines support high and low volume orders, meeting stringent tolerance and lead times requirements while maintaining competitive price points.

Typical products include Housings and Packages for the Hermetic Sealing, Telecommunications, Semiconductors, Aerospace, Military, and Defense Industries.

Coining also utilizes their CNC machines to add complex features to custom parts after metal stamping or Swiss Screw Machining.
