How we manufacture our clients' design.

We are driven to manufacture quality parts that meet our clients’ specifications in a timely manner. Through our longstanding relationships with vendors we are able to source a wide variety of material in a short timeframe. Designs based on customer prints and/or models are programmed via MasterCam X9 and machine code. Any specialty tooling that isn’t in stock is ordered, and our team of machinists ensure that our clients’ designs are accurately brought to life by conducting in-process inspections.

When outside processes are called-out we have a network of providers that we work closely with to ensure the final quality and the timely completion of the product.

Let us know your production needs and we will work to provide the best solution for your company. Orders can be placed with scheduled completion dates or in a JIT or Kanban fashion. Additionally, Crabil can accommodate changing supply needs by adjusting the production schedule.
