With over 70 years of metals experience, Dennen’s manufacturing team has a unique understanding of the design and manufacturing of complex metal stampings. Our automatic presses range in tonnage from 275 to 600 tons, with bed sizes up to 144”, with the ability to handle coils up to 72” wide.
Our in-line roller leveling capabilities allows us to reduce or competently remove shape problems in the incoming steel coils. Allowing us to meet some of the tightest flatness spec’s in the industry, which is ideally suited for processing Class A (exposed) blanks.
Our secondary presses range from 175 to 400 tons, which are perfectly situated for offline staking, forming, and piercing operations.
