We will powder coat both your own products, as well as products that we manufacture for you at a cost-effective rate. Dimar Manufacturing can supply a wide range of colors and finish characteristics such as smooth, textured, glossy, and matte.

For Smaller Fabrications

Dimar Manufacturing’s automated powder coat line is capable of handling individual parts that fit within a profile of about 2’ X 5’ X 10.”

There is an automatic pre-wash system, robotic powder application, and automated travel through the furnace and cooling tunnel. This offers the most cost-effective finishing approach for many types of products.

For Larger Fabrications

Dimar Manufacturing’s Powder Coat System features an off-line spray booth with batch oven loading capacity for large fabrications.
