Combining the versatility of CNC laser cutting coupled with the efficiency of CNC punching, GTR Manufacturing’s automated Laser Punch Combo can process the most intricate and complex features with precision and speed.

Blending the versatility of stamping impression features like countersinks, embossments, extruded holes, card guides, louvers and tapping holes at a rate of up to 200 threads per minute in the thick turret configuration with high speed cutting, parting, profiling of the laser, parts are manufactured precise and efficient. Adding the Amada ASR-M automated material load/unload system with parts picker is ideal for lights-out operation allows us the flexibility for running low or high-volume continuous runs without interruption.
