The Trumpf Bendmaster with it's mechanical and vacuum grippers is capable of handling components weighing up to 88 pounds.  With a maximum component format of 40" x 80" and maximum profile for parts of 120" x 40", chassis with multiple bends are processed in minutes, with the first part exactly matching the last.  Our Bendmaster is also equipped with a 4 stack part carousel for smaller part production.
