PROJECT OVERVIEW

Honiron Manufacturing provided ASME design engineering, material procurement, and fabrication of suction and discharge scrubber vessels for LLOG Exploration’s Delta House Floating Production System. Honiron Manufacturing performed the necessary ASME design to determine vessel thicknesses and reinforcements as per the customer’s specifications. The vessels, with wall thicknesses ranging from 1-3/4” to 2-1/4” were designed, fabricated, and tested for operating pressures up to 2,122 PSI. Honiron Manufacturing’s quality assurance allowed for quick and effortless installation of the vessels onto the FPS Topside.
