Long Tube Sweep Elbow

The project highlighted here was designed for use in industries that require a sanitary grade tube sweep elbow. Composed of 316L stainless steel, it was fabricated on our advanced metal forming, bending, and polishing equipment. This product is available in ODs of 1" to 10", with wall thicknesses up to .125", or 12 to 16 gage. 180° sweeps can be provided with radiuses from 6" to 48", and up to 72" in length. We offer this tube with round body cross sections, custom tolerances for bend angles, sizes, and center line radius. All of our products comply with all applicable industry standards, and are subject to intense testing and QC measures including ultrasonic and profilometer testing.
