ADVANCED APPLICATION PROCESS
We powder coat using only virgin powder in a clean, separated environment, as the finish quality of your part is our top priority. Our application process is fully controlled and offers no opportunity for contamination.
We utilize a “Spray to Waste” application operation, with a high powder transfer efficiency to optimize cost for customers.
We currently hand paint our parts with highly skilled sprayers. The paint booth is designed to be capable of employing automated sprayers if project size and volumes dictate the need to do so.
DIVERSE FINISH POSSIBILITIES
We can accommodate all colors, finish textures, and powder thicknesses specific to the performance spec needed for the part. Whether the powder coated part or assembly will be used indoors in a lab, enduring weather elements outdoors, or under the sea, we can produce to the required performance specs.
Our state of the art powder coat system is equipped for quick color change without contamination, to ensure run time efficiency and quality of finish.
We are able to offer custom color powder coating and color matching within a 1-2 week time frame.
