We are a rapid response manufacturer of high quality perforated metals and custom fabrications, specializing in design and delivery of low volume orders or prototypes. Our capabilities include value added operations such as rolling, bending, shearing, welding and notching on both ferrous and non ferrous metals. Design and drafting assistance available. Although Remaly was originally established to serve the anthracite coal and quarry industries, we also specialize in the unique requirements of acoustical applications, architectural concepts and artistic displays.
Custom Metal Fabrication Capabilities
Available Materials
All Grades of heat treated & abrasive resistant Stainless Steel, Galvanized Steel, Carbon Steel, Steel, Brass, Bronze, Monel, Copper, Aluminum and other materials are available.
Thickness of Metals
We fabricate sheet metal from thin gage through heavy plate in all shapes and sizes. Based on the process, we can handle different thicknesses and sheet sizes:
- Bending & Forming - We can bend or form up to 12' long thin gage material thru 1/2" plate. Our press brakes can accommodate 12' long material in any bendable grade.
- Shearing & Sawing - We shear material from thin gage thru 1/2" plate. Our saw can accommodate most materials and various thicknesses.
- Machining & Punching - We custom punch material from thin gage thru 1/4" plate. We can handle custom punching and margins per your request.
- Welding - We fabricate material from thin gage thru heavy plate.
Production Volume
We can accommodate the creation of prototypes up to high volume runs.
