The STROTHMANN press automation division includes the development and integration of completely new automations for press lines. The range of services also includes modernization projects to optimize production processes and increase system availability.
Three system areas are relevant here: Area one, the blank loader, contains the components for destacking blanks, the indexing belt conveyor and the centering station (optical or mechanical) as well as the integration of the washing machine and oiler. The second system section contains the press linkage depending on the type of press, e.g. B. with Compact Transfer, HighSpeed-Transfer or FeederPlus6 neo . In the third section of the system, stacking takes place. Shuttles, robot systems and discharge belts bring the finished components to the containers.
