Continuous Flow Seam Welder

The Engineers at Weldlogic designed a High Production Continuous Flow Seam Welder to enable high volume / high quality Plasma Arc seam welds at a rate of 450 seam welds per hour. The tubes are hand loaded and gravity fed into the servo driven rolls.

A precision set of water cooled pinch rolls present the part for seam welding and part ejection.

Our “Smart Seamer” control enables the feed rate I. P.M., weld current profile, seam lengths and part ejection on a variety of materials.
