Who we are
Working from a purpose built factory of 2600 sq. metres, with an overhead lifting capacity of 6064 kilos, we offer in-house fabrications facilites second to none including: CNC cutting facilities complete with rotary attachments for pipework, using laser and waterjet. CNC pipe manipulation, weldless pulled tee's formed directly in pipe from 20 mm - 400 mm.
We also offer weldless taft forming on any length of straight or pre-bent pipe (stainless) up to 419 mm in diameter, for use with various backing flanges. In addition we swage and extrude fittings, polish stainless steel to mirror finish and offer bead blasting in purpose built segregated units.
How we work
ABC stainless Ltd offer it's clients experience and manufacturing facilities far in excess of a general fabrication company, having invested well over a million pounds in recent years purchasing the latest in CNC waterjet and laser cutting facilities, rotary welding equipment and other services some of which are unique to the company, including specialized software designed to reduce wastage and cut customer costs.
We welcome enquires of all manner of stainless steel products, in either ANSI 304, ANSI 316 or duplex grades, with welding undertaken by BS EN ISO 9606-1:2017 qualified welders, together with in house bead, grit or various polished finishes to fulfil your needs. Although we specialise in stainless steel, we are by no means limited to this material and welcome the opportunity to tender for alloy and aluminium fabrications, manufacturing one off's or complete turnkey projects to client requirements.
