Founded in January 2012, ALVA Manufacturing is a critical component and structural manufacturer, that specializes in complex machining, and assembly for the Space, Defense, and Medical industries. ALVA Manufacturing combines state-of-the-art equipment with industry best practices to provide customers with on-time service and consistent quality products. Through the years we have been supporting our customers with 3,4 and 5-Axis milling, and Multi-Axis turning. In Late 2019, we started adding new automated machining centers that use Pallet Changing Technology, as well as adding Multi-Axis Mill/Turn combination machines. Since these machines have been operational, they have proven to work extremely well with most materials, including hard metals. They also help reduce cost, shorten lead times, and increase accuracy substantially. Now with over 40 employees, our business model continues to center around the commitment to helping our customers achieve success through increased revenues and profitability, faster launch of products to market, and reduced costs for goods sold.
