COMPANY OVERVIEW
Avers Machine and Gear is a full-service 5-axis machine shop with gear manufacturing capabilities that serves the needs of companies across the United States and around the world. We have been in business since 1989 and over the course of more than three decades, we have developed a long list of satisfied customers rangin from Fortune 500 to smaller industrial companies. Our many long-term customers remain with us because of our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional value, regardless of project size or scope.
Located in Schiller Park, Illinois, we are housed in 30,000 square feet of modern manufacturing space with thirty employees and a highly experienced management team. Critical employees in the quality department, production department, sales and purchasing areas help to maintain and monitor processes created in our shop software. Together with ISO 9001: 2015 Quality System, Avers Machine and Gear is a company that is lean, efficient and customer focused. It contains state of the art CNC turning and milling machines, with 3, 4, 5 and 7 axis capabilities.
The facility is strategically located at a close range to other industrial zones which support our mission by offering their valuable services to us, while we serve the needs of a variety of traditional industrial and hi tech industries including packaging, scrapping and instrumentation. The location is also accessible to shipping and receiving needs due to its close proximity to major highways and O’Hare International Airport.
