First Op Manufacturing Inc. has over 20 years of experience providing machining servicees to many industries in the northwest. Our shop is equipped with CNC Machining and Turning centers, manual machine tools, metal welding & fabrication and a plastic fabrication department.

We can work from your prints, reverse engineer your sample parts, or design a solution for you. In most cases we are able to offer a higher quality solution at a lower cost.

Besides our CNC machining and turning services, we assemble components and provide repair services that include overhaul of various process equipment, including manufacturing replacement parts. In addition, depending on the nature of the equipment, we offer onsite repair service.

For over ten years, we have manufactured and support a line of vacuum sealing stations. Used primarily in clean rooms in the silicon and solar wafer industry, they can be used in a varity of industries that need reliable clean containment of product.

we have a plastic fabrication dept that has produced a variety of wet benches, caustic storage containment units, flow control manifolds, and rolling transfer carts. We also perform onsite plastic welding repairs on a varity of equipment including large volume storage vats.
