Established in 2004, we continue to work closely supporting and providing high pressure testing systems for industry and research facilities across many markets, including energy, subsea engineering, materials research, universities, nuclear, automotive and scientific sectors. KW Designed Solutions is part of the KW Group, which also incorporates KW Pressure Testing which is our purpose-built environmental testing facility that enables customers to safely and accurately test their products and components with our qualified and experienced engineers.

High Pressure Testing System Design and Analysis

All of our high pressure testing systems, high pressure testing vessels and automated pressure and temperature control systems are designed in-house at our UK headquarters, by qualified experienced engineering designers and controls engineers, using the latest design and analysis tools.

We provide unique high pressure solutions to our customers’ individual specifications; whilst ensuring compliance with all the current relevant pressure vessel design codes, international standards and directives.
