It is with great sadness that, after 42 years in the manufacturing and machining business, Mr. Milan Pecharich is stepping down from his position as President of Milan’s Machining and Manufacturing.  This does not mean that he is retiring, his vast knowledge of the machining business is irreplaceable.  Milan will be taking the title of CEO.

Milan has strived through a hard work ethic, dedication and knowledge to accomplish many projects and build a strong business.  His vast knowledge has helped him prevail through the many ups and downs that come with being in business for 42 years.

Milan has built Milan’s Machining into a company with an excellent reputation for quality, communication and service.  He believes that good communication with the customer is one of the keys, along with knowledge, a strong work ethic, and providing a quality product that the customer can trust.

Please help us in wishing Milan many more years in the manufacturing business under the new guidance of Mr. Marko Pecharich, who will be taking over the position of President of Milan’s Machining and Manufacturing and En-Chro Plating on June 29, 2011.  Marko has spent many years working for his father and learning the business from the ground up.  He will continue to maintain Milan’s high standards of quality, trust and good customer service.
