Being located in the Petro Chemical Complex area of Ranoli, Vadodara it enjoys a distinct locational and logistical advantage. It is well connected by Rail, Road and Dry port all within 3 Km radius.

Our manufacturing setup is spread over 32 Acres of Land, giving us plethora of opportunities to execute oversize equipment and also gives us flexibility for future expansion.
We have been on the preferred list of suppliers of many Multinational companies. We work hand in hand with our customers to support them for their requirement from the initial stages of the project.
Our product range includes Pressure Vessels, Shell & Tube Type Heat Exchangers, Columns, Reactors, Storage Tanks & Centrifuges (Pusher and Vertical). Every equipment under fabrication is designed by relevant codes and software available with us.
Manufacturing Works is U, U2, R & NB Stamp certified shop with ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certifications.
This is a well qualified shop with various registrations like EIL, PDIL, UHDE, Technimont, NPCIL, Department of Atomic Energy, National Fuel Complex, etc...
We have hands on experience of handling various grades of CS and SS, Cupronickel, and are also qualified in Welding of Exotic and Critical Metallurgy's for Base Metal and Overlay procedures in Duplex, Super Duplex, Hastealloy, Inconel-600 and Titanium.
Our Key Facilities:
- A dedicated exotic material bay & 2 CS fabrication bays, with under hook lifting capacities varying from 10 to 70 MT.
- Open Yard (Bay 4) for piping spools and structural fabrication
- Plate Bending Machine with capacity of 50 mm thk., with plate width of 4000 mm.
- Battery of drilling machine capable upto 100 mm thick & tube sheet weight of 4 MT
- Plate Shearing Machine that can handle shearing up to 22 mm
- 1 nos. Boom type Submerged Arc Welding Machines (SAWs) and 2 nos. portable SAW machines
- Rotators of higher tonnage for handling heavy & very heavy equipment under fabrication (30 MT to 120 MT more than 20 Sets).
- A CNC plate cutting machine with plasma and acetylene cutting facility upto 200mm thick plates.
- CNC Drilling facility upto 300mm thick tubesheets
