Shutterlock (PTY) Ltd established in 1987 as Shutterlock Mining Supplies cc.

1992 – Acquisition of first agency agreement, namely McKinnon Chain.

2000 – Acquisition of Platipus & Gripple agency agreements respectively for RSA.

2007 – Acquisition of Crosby agency agreement for RSA.

2011 – Acquisition of BRIDON International agency agreement including Mine Winding & High Performance Crane Rope for RSA.

2015 – Acquisition of TSURUMI & DRAGFLOW agency agreement for all Submersible Pumps.
