Our ability ranges from the profiling of CAD generated shapes using our in-house laser machine to the hand finishing of polished components.Our key strength lies in our ability to develop upgrades and improvements to our client's production lines resulting in either cost savings, capacity improvements or both. Our electrical engineers have extensive experience within the commercial and industrial environments. Our electrical installations range from simple conveyor speed control to integrated pick and place systems incorporating pneumatic, electrical and PLC (Programmable Logic Control) systems. All work is carried out to a high standard incorporating the latest wiring and safety regulations.We can handle a range of turnkey projects from initial concept design through prototyping, small production runs and volume production through to analysis, testing and conclusion.
