Built in compliance with UN/DOT 49 CFR non-bulk packaging, parts 172-178 (latest revision), all UN vessels manufactured by Alloy Products undergo the following tests:

• Leak-Proofness Test Subpart M, Section 178.604
• Hydrostatic Test Subpart M, Section 178.605
• Stacking Test Subpart M, Section 178.606
• Vibration Test Subpart M, Section 178.608
• Periodic Retesting Subpart M, Section 178.601(e)

Standard Features

• Four 1/4"-18 NPT female pipe fittings in top head.
• White pickle finish.
• A stainless-steel skirt is standard on all models with a removable rubber boot standard on all 9' models.
• Ring chimes for protection of fittings and ease of transport during shipment and use.
• Built-in skids on 55-gallon model 88-55.
• Alloy Products vessels fully comply with the requirements of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) for Unfired Pressure Vessels, Section VIII, Division 1.
