Heavy Turning

ANC has extensive experience in manufacturing heavy duty turning inserts for bar peeling, scarfing, rugged oil and gas operations, and other heavy machining applications. We offer a variety of railroad wheel and axle machining inserts for applications such as wheel truing, journal and wheel seat roughing and finishing, wheel boring, and wheel tread and flange turning. ANC’s bar peeling products are used to remove scale and other surface imperfections from hot-rolled and forged steel blanks.
