Shims and Chipbreakers

ANC manufactures an extensive line of ANSI-standard, industry-standard and special shims and chipbreakers. Shims are offered in a tough, impact-resistant grade designed to provide the required support for metalworking applications, while chipbreakers are supplied in a general purpose grade formulated to withstand the heat and shearing action of breaking chips. All ANC shims and chipbreakers are surface ground for optimum flatness and parallelism, so reliable performance is ensured.
