Batch Mixers

One primary advantage that screw conveyors offer over other material handling options is that they can also mix product while moving it. CEMC manufactures many types of continuous process mixers involving paddle screws, ribbon screws, cut and folded flighting, etc.  We also offer batch mixers with similar designs but longer retention times. Both types are available in various varieties including:

• Sanitary / Food Grade designs
• Hardened, wear resistant mixing components
• Single, twin, and multiple agitator designs

Materials of construction include:

• 304/316 stainless steel
• Carbon steel
• Hot-dipped galvanized steel
• Hardened alloys
