DeWys Metal Solutions laser cutting capabilities include flying optics and the latest integrated material management systems. This machinery has the ability to laser cut your parts to the exact specifications you require. For greater efficiency, aspects of our operation can even run unmanned, or “lights-out,” for 24/7 service.

Our laser cutting services includes an Amada 9,000 watt fiber optic laser. DeWys is the second manufacturing facility in the United States to own this laser with a fully automated part sorting robot (PSR) and the addition of this Amada PSR allows for removal of parts directly from the conveyor while the laser continues to process the next sheet, reducing labor and optimizing efficiency.
