PVC Tank Liners

PVC Tank Liners are a low-cost effective lining material with good flexibility and chemical resistance. Standard PVC is available in 0.50mm, 0.75mm and 1.00mm thicknesses

PVC tank liners have the following properties:

• Colour: Black – shiny
• Fixings: Eyelets with rope or wire and strainer
• Finish: Smooth

Advantages

• Low cost
• Light and easy to handle when installing
• Easy to install due to flexibility
• Easy to repair with glue
• Suitable for many horticultural applications

Disadvantages

• Difficult to install in cold temperatures
• Limited UV stability, therefore, shortened lifetime in sunny climates

Export Life Expectancy Guidelines

• USA/Mexico: 4 – 7 years
• Africa: 4 -7 years
• Northern Europe/Canada:¬† 5 – 8 years
• Southern Asia: 4 – 7 years
