With over 75 years of experience, GEMCO is able to offer our customers a complete and comprehensive production tool capable of manufacturing custom, precision metal stampings.
GEMCO’s in-house capacity is substantial with over 60 Fourslides/Multi-Slides and 12 Power Presses capable of running Class A progressive dies. Both processes are precise and consistent in the manufacture of custom metal stampings which will meet your performance criteria and your quality expectations. Production order quantities range from 1,000-16,000,000 pieces, allowing us to serve customers who have a diverse product offering.
Offering both processes allows GEMCO to provide our customers with options, particularly with regards to tool investment. Fourslides/Multi-Slide tools can be up to 50% less costly than progressive tools with comparably competitive component costs. Additionally, the Fourslide/Multi-Slide process provides the opportunity to manufacture complex components across multiple planes which simply cannot be accomplished using a progressive die.
GEMCO’s Power Press department provides high speed, high volume capacity for customers who have significant, ongoing production demands.
