H&S Manufacturing offers precision laser cutting services to produce custom parts for a variety of industries and applications. We operate advanced, turbine driven, RF excited, fast axial flow CO2 lasers, which combine precision with high cutting speeds. Our 3 axes cutting capabilities enable us to cut a range of materials including aluminum, heavy plate, steel, and thin metals among others.
Our lasers can reach maximum output power of 2500 watts for efficient processing, with position accuracy to ±.001″ and repeatability to ±.001″. We produce prototypes as well as effective handling of high volume production requirements.
All of our products and processes meet industry standards set by such organizations as ANSI and ASTM. We are AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 Certified, Mil-Spec and ITAR compliant and take continued steps towards efficiency and cost reduction.
