K&S offers turnkey stamping capabilities from concept to production.  We manage the complete stamping process  from part DFM (Design for Manufacturing), die simulation, tool design / build, die tryout, PPAP, to the first production run. We offer 800-ton bed capacity, deep draw, blank-feed, progressive, and transfer-die stamping all within our 145,000 square-foot facilities.  Value added capabilities such as in-die tapping, inserting and sensing are available as well.  From small-to-large, medium-to-heavy-gauge material, K&S does it all.
