CNC Horizontal Milling

From the simplest bracket to the most sophisticated component, a variety of parts can be precision milled on our CNC Horizontal machining centers. Our speciality is working with prototype development along with short to long production lots. On receipt of customer drawings, our programming system allows our programmers to down load and program directly from supplied drawings, thus greatly improving the setup and response times. Our equipments include Mori Seiki SH50 and SH500 CNC machining centers with dual pallet systems for non-stop machining operations. Machines have 60-position auto tool changing features and speeds of up to 10,000 rpm.Most all types of materials are machined at LMI, including titanium, aluminum, stainless, various
