Roll-Flo®

Our patented Roll-Flo®, or "shear" process allows LeFiell to produce variable wall and diameter tubing sections by forming a tube over a hardened mandrel.  This process not only allows us to hold precise tolerances over lengths up to 30 feet, but it also yields the highest possible structural and mechanical properties possible.  Because our equipment is custom built to our specifications, we are able to Roll-Flo® diameters ranging from 1/2 inch to 15 inches with a variety of aircraft alloy steels, aluminum, and titanium.
