LeFiell has the capability to both swage and rotary forge countless tubing configurations and solid bar stock. Whether your needs require the precision swaging of needle-size tubing, the complex contour and variable-wall forming of tubes up to 5 inches in diameter, or the rotary forging of tubes as large as 18 inches in diameter, LeFiell is fully capable of meeting your objectives.  Our experiences with a wide range of aircraft alloys and stainless steels, nickel-based alloys, aircraft-grade aluminum, and titanium alloys allow us the ability to create variable-diameter, -wall, -cross-section, and bend configurations for all of your precision tubing applications.
