Our large 5-axis precision milling and turning capabilities are ideal for any project requiring tight tolerances and excellent finishes.

The oversized components we machine are frequently the foundation of mission-critical projects and large assemblies for major customer's in the aerospace, energy, marine and space industries, including parts such as turbine casings, nuclear core shrouds, attach and locking rings, marine propulsion components, space-vehicle launch structures, domes and pressure vessels.

Our highly skilled workforce uses the latest in large machining, tooling and systems technology to deliver the best total value and help our customer's achieve competitive excellence and win new business.

The Metalex large precision machining facility is located in a state-of-the-art independent 85,000-square-foot facility with 150-ton crane capacity that provides an under-the-hook height of 48 ft. This building features an environmental control system that maintains consistent temperatures to ensure the highest level of precision.
