With experience in machining, tool design, and tool build, Ohio Valley Manufacturing was a perfect fit to serve a client who recently required circle blanking services.
With requirements for various applications, including transportation, heavy truck, trailer, and automotive, as well as material handling equipment, lawn & garden applications, and tank heads, packaged circles of varying sizes and thicknesses were required.
Ohio Valley Manufacturing developed and built specialty tooling to fulfill this circle blanking order, eventually machining a line of carbon steel circles, in mild strength through high strength grade 80 construction. Steel circle blanks
Circle material thickness ran between .020″ and .625″ with varying lengths and widths. Ohio Valley Manufacturing boasts circle blanking capabilities for products with lengths up to 100″ and widths up to 72″, with multiple cavity blanking available.
Our ISO 9001:2015 certified facility carried out the full production run to our client’s specifications, with packaging and delivery successfully completed.
