It can be thin enough to be considered a shim, or thicker than a typical stamped product. They help to cut back on wear and tear, offer support, and can even provide a level surface. Our spacers come available in a wide variety of different materials, such as stainless steel, copper, bronze, brass, and more. We have over 300 raw materials on hand, so you can get just what you need. We’ll even manufacture spacers to meet your exact specifications. We can create spacers with outside diameters ranging in size from .040” all the way up to 6.” Ultra-thin spacers are also available, all the way down to .0005”.

We only use state-of-the-art equipment to manufacture our custom spacers. At Phoenix Specialty, we have 2 new Bridgeport and Hardinge GX 1000 CNC milling machines. These help to increase our production speed. We have a high-end Betenbender shearing machine as well. This machine makes it a cinch for us to sheer sheet metal up to .187” thick and 144” long.
