Our highly skilled in house design team undertakes all injection mould tool design, testing and prototyping work for injection moulds, including cap tools, thin wall moulds with up to 0.4 wall sections, and complex silicone moulds. We incorporate in our designs the latest manufacturing techniques and ground breaking technologies such as Conformal Cooling.
We manufacture plastic and silicone injection moulds up to 25,000 kg, using only European grade tool steels unless our client stipulates otherwise, and our machinery and facilities are second to none. Tool grades are simplified using our ‘Class’ categories to give all clients transparency around quality expectations.
