Tube end forming is a requirement for many applications. Troy Tube has invested in a standard SAE, ASTM, and MS end form tools for a variety of sizes and types. We employ various methods, including ram, rotary, and segmented tooling.

Custom Designs

We have the capabilities of complex end forms which require multiple tool operations. We also have automated equipment for larger volume applications which can form both ends of a tube simultaneously. Our in-house staff is experienced in design and development of specialized tooling for specific applications reducing cost and allowing us to provide shorter lead times.
