QUALITY ASSURANCE

Quality is built into every product we produce. Our strict process procedures, aided by the support of a highly qualified and experienced inspection team, ensures that our products meet all customer requirements. Our goal is to produce quality products, the first time, on-time, every time.

WEBCO’s Quality Assurance Manager is ASQ (American Society of Quality) certified as a CQE (Certified Quality Engineer). In addition, all quality inspectors are ASQ certified as CQI’s (Certified Quality inspectors).

We utilize the following as set forth by the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG):

• PPAP – Production Part Approval Process
• APQP - Advanced Product Quality Planning and Control Plan
• PFMEA - Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis
• SPC - Statistical Process Control
• MSA - Measurement Systems Analysis
