BCL Manufacturing Inc

BCL was established in 1994 by William Sipko, Owner/President/CEO.

He started his metal fabricating business with five (5) employees and several manual machine tools house in a 2800 sq ft building.

Today BCL is a high tech metal fabricating company with Approximately 50 employees, housed in a modern, clean, 25,000 sq ft cost-effective manufacturing facility.

BCL offices and Manufacturing plant are located in Windber, PA and is equipped with state of the art CNC Laser, Forming, Punching, Machining and Welding equipment, including CNC Coordinate and CNC Inspection equipment.
